The sales associate will be responsible for supporting the sales and relationship management team in all phases of the sales process.
The individual will:
Help manage lead generation, including cold calls per the sales plan;
Participate in strategy, planning and training sessions;
Help review RFPs/RFIs and prepare responses;
Help enter information into CRM and generate reports for the head of sales, sales executives and client relationship managers;
Participate in meetings with third parties, as appropriate, to help manage the process and foster professional growth.
BA, BS or equivalent from an accredited four-year college.
Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM (Microsoft, Salesforce or similar).
Strong technical aptitude including comfort with systems for the analysis, reporting, storage and measurement of data.
Strong sales/relationship management aptitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to take direction and work independently.
2 to 5 years of experience.
CAIA, CFA, MBA or equivalent.
