Sales Associate


The sales associate will be responsible for supporting the sales and relationship management team in all phases of the sales process.  

The individual will:

  • Help manage lead generation, including cold calls per the sales plan;

  • Participate in strategy, planning and training sessions;

  • Help review RFPs/RFIs and prepare responses;

  • Help enter information into CRM and generate reports for the head of sales, sales executives and client relationship managers;

  • Participate in meetings with third parties, as appropriate, to help manage the process and foster professional growth.



  • BA, BS or equivalent from an accredited four-year college.

  • Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM (Microsoft, Salesforce or similar).

  • Strong technical aptitude including comfort with systems for the analysis, reporting, storage and measurement of data.

  • Strong sales/relationship management aptitude.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to take direction and work independently.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience.


  • CAIA, CFA, MBA or equivalent.
