A June 29th platform update added a new report to the Universe Analytics Module within the Private i Platform, as well as introduced the Contacts Module for managing contact information, and added the ability to capture social media profiles with new fields in the contacts, entities, and organizations records.
This past weekend, significant updates were made to both the Private i Platform and its Excel Add-In. The Measure Summary Report was added to Universe Analytics; Dashboards were enhanced with better formatting and supporting data tables; the Excel Add-In now supports better summary operations through the use of Portfolio IDs and Selection Sets.
A platform release on May 11th introduced new capabilities to the Universe Analytics module, enhanced visualization and on-screen analysis by updating our existing dashboards, and made signing up for Burgiss events easier.
On March 23rd, continuing our accelerated pace of development, we released an update to the Private i Platform that introduced significant enhancements to dashboard analytics, eases administration of analytical set assignments, and introduced the second of our analytical visualizations / data reports on Universe Analytics.
Eight new reports were added to the platform today, including Local Currency versions of many of the core reports in the Absolute Performance category. These reports use local flows to create the traditional measure of absolute performance, both individually by investment and for groups. As well, a new report, Estimated Valuation for Listed Securities, provides transparency into the value of listed securities held by funds.

This release introduces document retention within the Private i platform, in both the portfolio and investment modules. Users can upload documents by dragging-and-dropping them in batches or individually. The first 5 gigabytes of storage are included in base Private i licensing.
Over the course of the last year-and-a-half, our client service and technical operations teams have successfully converted 97% of of our client base to the new platform. To assure continuous operation, most of these upgrades were done in the course of a weekend, and to the delight of our customers, came with no additional conversion or upgrade costs.

Selection Sets are named groups of investments that help simplify the running of reports and analysis. With this release, Selection Sets, previously only available within the Desktop version, can be easily created and maintained within the platform.
Burgiss Manager Universe peer groups were introduced in the initial release of the platform. This release provides peer groups for Fund-of-Funds. These peer groups can be assigned to any investment to serve as a relative benchmark for both on-screen analysis and report-based analysis.
Burgiss licenses data from a variety of providers including MSCI, Russell and S&P for use in derived analytics such as the PME, ICM and Direct Alpha calculations, both on-screen and in reporting. A variety of indexes from these providers are now available for use within the platform.
We are pleased to report that more than half of ourexisting client base has been converted in less than a year, including some of our largest custodian clients. This complex upgrade has been done over weekends behind the scenes, at no additional cost.
