Document Management Archivists are responsible for reviewing, categorizing and uploading private capital partnership financial documents. These documents serve as the basis for all of our data based products and services and ultimately help our institutional asset owner clients better understand their portfolio composition as well as measure investment performance and risk.

 Core Responsibilities:

  • Digital archiving of private capital partnership financial documents

  • Sourcing of required documentation from various online general partner and vendor portals

  • Matching data points across systems to ensure documentation consistency and accuracy

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work in a pressurized, deadline driven environment

  • High attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and database applications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric certificate with 1-3 years financial services work experience OR undergraduate degree with a demonstrated interest in finance
