client service analyst

 

The Client Service Analyst is an entry- to junior-level position with tremendous growth opportunities. This position provides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands on training and exposure to Burgiss products, this individual will gain valuable product and private capital knowledge while building customer relationship skills. Available openings in Hoboken, NJ and Paoli, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding of Burgiss product suite and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes

  • Serve as an advocate for Burgiss to the client as well as an advocate for the client within Burgiss

  • Provide functional product support, including how to use Burgiss products to:

    • Measure and benchmark portfolio performance

    • Perform cash and valuation forecasting

    • Analyze holdings’ transparency data

    • Apply industry best practices

  • Address product related inquiries via email and/or telephone and ensure all client interactions are documented

  • Conduct product training for clients

  • Coordinate with Technical Operations, Engineering and other departments as needed to provide client solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar

  • 1-3 years of finance, accounting or investment experience

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and strong computer skills

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Portfolio analysis, performance measurement or domain expertise in private capital a plus

  • Training, consulting or client presentation experience a plus
