Application Support Analyst


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in an Application Support Analyst role on a full-time contract. The role requires you to have solid technical knowledge, be an experienced problem solver, and good communicator.  You will be part of our global Technical Operations team which is tasked with supporting the company’s technical infrastructure and hosted services.  

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deploying existing and new services;

  • Assist in creating a Service Portfolio for internal and external use;

  • Assist in the adoption of a standard incident management policy;

  • Resolve high-level application issues;

  • Run/improve daily maintenance jobs;

  • Review system capacity/storage;

  • Review monitoring process;

  • Troubleshoot new and existing technical issues related to existing services;

  • Enhance the services knowledgebase and associated documentation;

  • Enhance the current monitoring process;

  • Help improve the current ‘Follow-the-sun’ technical operations process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience;

  • 3-5 years of experience doing development operations (DevOps);

  • Technical skills required - Computer programming concepts; Scripting (ex. PowerShell); SQL and Basic Networking (HTTP, TCP, FTP, SSH, etc.);

  • Prior knowledge in Finance / Private Equity will be preferred;

  • Customer Service/Support experience is a nice to have.
